The Next Chapter
Having built our BTL property portfolio over the last decade, we (Helen & Jon Axtell) are now keen to focus our experience and energy on helping more people find a place they can call home.
England desperately needs more housing, and so, in converting redundant commercial properties into high-quality residential accommodation, we see ourselves playing a small part in helping address this chronic issue.
Accessibility and the lack of suitable properties are also significant problems. Wherever possible, we will strive to create great, accessible homes.
As part of this, we are always happy to talk with private investors who are interested in understanding more about what we do.
Likewise, we’d be delighted to talk with anyone who may have a property suitable for conversion. This could be a shop with empty floors above, an office that is no longer needed, or a light industrial building in a residential area.
